Orders for Six Saab 2000s Announced Farnborough, September 3 -- Saab Aircraft announced orders from SAS and Regional Airlines of France. No value for the order was disclosed. SAS will use the four turboprops for its SAS Commuter subsidiary, with deliveries scheduled for 1997. Regional will become the second-largest operator of 2000s with the addition of the three new Saab 2000s to its existing fleet of four.
